Plates come in 2 levels of durability:
Standard
Ultra-duty

If you often hit your bottom linkage or are just hard on your stuff, get the Ultra-duty version. The Ultra-duty plate is lighter than the Standard and practically unbreakable and also slides over rocks and logs easier. My plates feature tapered edges that blend with the frame, and curved tail ends that wrap the rear pivot. All plates, except the Rip9 and Jet9 Aluminum, feature a 1-2 inch gap between the plate and rear linkage to prevent the plate from slapping. Mounting bolts (for the water bottle mounts) are NOT included.

$30 for the Standard plate
$40 for the UltraDuty plate (WFO and Nomad3 is $42)

I ship promptly using USPS First Class ($6 USA, $8 Interational)
I accept PayPal: payment links by plate model and shipping location (USPS First Class Mail) below:

Hello Ron,

Noticed your rock guards here... do you have anything that'll work on a Spec Enduro expert carbon? It's the last 26" version, same front frame as the 27.5.

I have some MacGuyver skills, so if you have something close, I can trim and / or modify.

Let me know.

Thanks!

@dirtguru: I don't have a plate for that frame. One of my plates may come close, but I don't have a frame to check. The cables on the down tube / bb does complicate mounting...

Ps I am in Australia, do you deliver to here?

@rayninaces: plates are made from UHMW; practically unbreakable. For the Rip RDO, it attaches to the water bottle mounts on the down tube. Yes, I ship to Australia, just use the international PayPal link for the Rip RDO plate in my ad.

Hi Cytoe, do you have a guard for the 5010 V2 (2016)? If yes, how does it attach to the frame? Thank you.

@JonE5: I currently don't have a plate for the latest version of the 5010 (linkage looks like the new nomad). I can let you know when I do (looking locally for a frame to make one from).

I realize it's early to ask, but will you be making one for the 2017 RIP 9 RDO?

Or will one of the current models fit?

Thanks!

@bear: yes, I'll be making a plate for the new Rip (and Jet). I'll need to grab frame to look at, but it does help Niner is 5 miles away

Super to hear, as I just ordered my new RIP (assuming early Sept delivery, but don't really know). I may lay in some of the generic tape to hold me over until you release though, at least for the downtube bottom and stays. That helped a lot on my previous bike.

I see you plan on the 2017 RIP 9 RDO.

How about the aluminum version of this new RIP. Do you have plans for a plate on that model?

Thanks!

The Tallboy LTc version is the same for the v1 and v2 of the Tallboy, right? I think the only frame changes were colors, graphics, and the dropper post stealth cable routing.
