Description: I have for sale 1 set (front and rear plus rotors -180/160) of Hope Mini Mono hydraulic disc brakes. These are great brakes, they have served me well. But alas, I got upgrade fever. The calipers and reservoir are CNC milled from one piece of aluminum, this is pretty neat and makes for a gorgeous brake. It results in one piece construction yielding a stiff and super light system. Here is a review of the brakes from bikeradar. http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/category/components/disc-brake-systems/product/review-hope-mono-mini-works-9920 The brakes could use a bleed eventually but are very much ridable. The brake line has been crimped on the left (front) brake, but this is an easy fix when bleeding. Hose length is long, they fit on my XL 29er with room to spare, Should be fine on any bike including full suspension rigs. The reservoir cap on the left side has some scratches (see the picture). Pads (metal) are in decent shape and I have an extra set (one wheel worth) of genuine Hope brake pads (metal). Mounting hardware for rotors and brakes are included. The brakes are priced to sell, I am looking for a hassle free transaction. Feel free to ask any questions, I will try to answer them, but note Im kinda a take it to the lbs and they fix it kind of guy. No need to ask if theyre still available, Ill remove the ad when theyre sold

This is the newest, most up to date Santa Cruz V-10 available. I got this in the middle of last year, so it is technically a 2011, but it is the same exact frame as what you buy this year. I ride a bunch and do some work for SRAM/RockShox, so I get to have some goodies on this that are super trick. The only thing that the bike will have different on it than what you see here is the rear shock. I can't sell the one that is on it right now. I will have a BRAND NEW Vivid R2C rear shock on the bike. So why am I selling it? Well, I've got options. If I want to ride DH, I ride my DH bike. If I ride XC, I ride my XC bike, more groomed bike park stuff, I ride my Nomad. I dirt jump on my Jackal. Wear and tear is minimal because I'll spread my riding around different steeds. I love how this V-10 rides, I love how it looks, but I've got to let it go to afford another build up this year. I've raced this bike, I've replaced a lot of parts before they need it, and I've tested some product on this bike. What I haven't done is polish it perfectly for photos. The bike has some scratches on the top tube from shuttling, and there is some power coating missing from the right fork dropout (it rubbed on a disk brake rotor while shuttling another time. I have put protective plastic on the down tube (which has attracted some more dirt) though, which has done its job. There is no scratch deeper than a hair's width, all of it is cosmetic. I think this is a good way for you to see the bike at its worst. Yes, there are some shoe marks on the swingarm. There is some mud on the downtube. There is some dirt around the frame's built in grease port. There are lots of people on ebay trying to put smoke and mirrors up, I'm not one of them. This is an amazing mountain bike, one of the best in the world, and it has been ridden. Not abused, not thrashed, just ridden. The bike weighs 36.17 pounds as it sits. Complete, with pedals, and tubes and two ply, sturdy 2.5 dh tires. No tricks, no stupid light stuff, just the best. As stated above, I'm selling the bike with a standard Vivid R2C rear shock, and without the pictured pedals. So, without pedals, you'll have the bike arrive in the 35 pound range. All in all I think the bike is in very good condition, with some scratches. It has all the best parts money can buy, and some parts that I don't even think you can buy yet. I think retail price on this would be in the $8-$9000 range. Here are the parts: Frame: Santa Cruz V-10 Carbon Black Carbon/Silver size medium 8.5-10 inch travel Fork: RockShox Boxxer R2C2 World Cup with 8 inches travel- The seals and everything was re-done at Sea Otter by RockShox, 1 month ago. I've ridden it twice since then. Shock: RockShox Vivid R2C Headset: Cane Creek Double Xc flush mount- No creaking, no pitting, perfectly smooth and quiet Bar: Burgtec Ridewide 20mm rise, brand new at Sea Otter in April Stem: Thomson Direct Mount 50mm reach. I don't think this is available yet, but I've been with Thompson for years and I got one of their highly coveted direct mounts. A work of art. Grips: Red Sensus grips Brakes: Red Avid XO brakes with 200mm front and 185mm rear rotors. Pads are at half life. Shifter: SRAM XO Red 10 speed Derailleur: SRAM XO short cage black/red Cranks: Truvativ XO carbon with red CERAMIC GXP bb, perfectly smooth and long life. Please look up the benefits of a ceramic BB. Chainguide: E-13 LG-1 Black, new at Sea Otter in April Chainring: Truvativ 36 tooth Cassette: SRAM PG-1070, but with 9 gears. In this cassette the teeth go like this: 11, 12, 13, 14..... and so on up to 26 teeth. I take out the 12 tooth, and space the cassette over away from the wheel by a few millimeters. There is more clearance for spokes so the derailleur doesn't go in, and a straighter chainline in the easiest gears. There is an extra click in the shifter because of this, but it only has a little more cable when the derailleur is in the smallest cog, which is rare. I feel the extra benefit of a straighter chainline and more clearance are far and away worth this. Seat: SDG Ti-Fly red/black Seatpost: Thomson Elite Chain: SRAM PC-1070 Tires: Specialized Butcher 2.5 front, 2.5 rear. Tubes: Standard all mountain tubes. Wheels: Custom built at the local bike shop, the hubs are DT Swiss 240 rear (a $500 hub) and a Hope Pro 2 Evo front, black, with black double butted spokes and Sun EQ 31 rims in black. Wheels are decent. Some of the spokes are a bit loose, some are a bit tight. The front can last a whole other season(it has a small hop 2mm or so), and full disclosure, I'd run the back for another couple months, but then swap the rim out after that. The rear hub is well, well worth another rim on it. The DT stuff lasts forever in my experience, and the rear wheel's slight wobble is one of my bike's few downfall's.

Also included are Crank Bros. eggbeater pedals. Other than that, the bike is all stock. It has a few cosmetic blemishes such as the rub on the cranks, a couple nicks on the chainstay, and a scratch on the rear derailleur but nothing you wouldn't expect from about 8 months of riding.
